Megan F. Spires, Au.D.

Dr. Megan F. Spires is an audiologist dedicated to helping patients effectively communicate with the people around them. She discovered audiology during her final year of undergraduate study and immediately fell in love with the field.

Dr. Spires earned her Doctor of Audiology from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, after completing her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. During her doctoral training, she completed an externship in pediatric audiology at the Mississippi Center for Advanced Medicine in Madison, Mississippi. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology.

In her clinical work, Dr. Spires focuses on diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid fitting and counseling, veteran hearing testing and ongoing communication strategies that help patients get the most out of their hearing abilities.

Outside of her work, Dr. Spires enjoys spending time with her husband, George, and their daughter, Eileen. She loves cooking, relaxing with family and playing Mah Jong.
